New Director of Admissions

We are excited to announce the newest member of our team! Hector Ramirez will be our new Director of Admissions.

Mr. Ramirez comes to St. John Paul II Catholic High School as the new Director of Admissions. Prior to joining St. John Paul II, Mr. Ramirez served on the faculty at Cardinal O'Hara High School in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia where he taught Spanish courses in addition to being the band director. During his tenure at Cardinal O'Hara, Mr. Ramirez focused his efforts on rebuilding the instrumental music program and established a robust recruitment and marketing strategy resulting in growing interest in the music program as well as growth in ensemble offerings.

Mr. Ramirez completed his bachelor of arts at Franciscan University where he studied Spanish and sacred music. Prior to that he attended California State University Stanislaus where he double-majored in music education and Spanish. Presently, Mr. Ramirez is pursuing graduate studies in Organizational Leadership and Catholic Philanthropy at the University of Mary.

He is attracted to St. John Paul II by its mission and especially its ethics and culture curriculum. Mr. Ramirez looks forward to meeting and getting to know the families at St. John Paul II and working to continue to growing enrollment at St. John Paul II Catholic High School in the years to come.
